2. Data collected on this website
This corporate website at spektrion.com does not collect personal data from you when you visit it.The site consists entirely of static pages. There is no account system, contact form, comment area or any other data collection mechanism.
The site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services. See our Cookie Policy for details.
The site is hosted on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. As is inherent to any hosting service, the provider may retain access logs (such as IP address, browser information and request time) for server security and service continuity. We do not access or analyse these logs on an individual basis.
3. When you email us
When you write to info@spektrion.com or our other corporate addresses, we process your name, email address and the information contained in your message.

4. Transfer of personal data

Our infrastructure providers may operate servers outside Türkiye. Your personal data may therefore be transferred abroad within the framework of KVKK art. 9.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction under the conditions in KVKK art. 7
- Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
6. How to make a request
Send requests relating to your rights by email to info@spektrion.com, or in writing toMutlukent Mah. 2023. Sok. No: 19, 06800 Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye. We will conclude your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. Where the process incurs a cost, a fee may be charged in line with the tariff set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
7. Data security
We take appropriate technical and administrative measures to provide a suitable level of security, to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data, and to ensure its safekeeping. This site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
8. Changes
This policy may change as a result of legislative developments or changes in our activities. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated accordingly.
9. Privacy policies for our products
This policy covers only the corporate website at spektrion.com. The products and applications we develop are subject to their own privacy policies, available from the product's own address.
